As Kaliza Creations, I believe jewelry is a dialogue between the artisan and the wearer. My journey began as an elementary school teacher for 27 years where I loved to infuse and encourage creativity in my students. Now I have the time to pursue my passion to create pieces of jewelry with different metals, gemstones and beads, blending traditional techniques with a modern aesthetic to create enduring pieces. My style reflects my birthplace of New Mexico and its southwest influence with many years of appreciating the beauty of our Central California beaches.
